• Refund Policy

    Even with a "No Refunds Policy", you can issue a full or partial refund from your booked event page up to 2 days after your event ends.

    Payouts start processing 4-5 days after the event. Your attendee will get their money in 5-7 business days. The E-Ticketify fees are non-refundable. To cancel your event, you must issue individual refunds. There's no bulk refund option.

    TIP: We expect organizers to respond to eligible refund requests within 5 days of receiving them, and we may refund orders on behalf of organizers if eligible requests aren't honored or declined within 7 days.

    If you use PayPal to process payments, PayPal's processing fee may not be refunded and you'll complete this refund process on paypal's website.

    NOTE: If you've gotten your final payout, you may be able to refund in full through a debit or credit card. If that's not an option for you, contact us so we can offer alternatives for issuing refunds to attendees.
